Initially, I was trying to sell my childhood home for my 82 year old mother, to avoid paying 6% in realtor fees. After weeks of posting ads on free Internet sites, paying for an ad in our local paper, putting up posters and signs, we still did not have a physical offer on her home. It became very apparent that we needed the exposure on the MLS to reach out to prospective buyers. The question was how to do that without incurring listing fees. The answer came when I met the owner of Platinum Properties, Vince Nebbia. His advertisement stated that he would list properties on the MLS for no fees or commissions. Initially, my mom was very skeptical but meeting him, we felt his genuineness. He was a man of his word. Within 24 hours of entrusting the listing our families home to his care, he had a professional photographer/videographer out to take pictures of the property and it was live on the MLS. He then, with his team of highly skilled staff, fixed all the other real estate websites to reflect the new pictures and price point. Our family home was sold in a matter of one week. How much did it cost us...nothing but the pleasure of meeting this wonderful man and his real estate agency, Platinum Properties, that is true to their word.

I am an owner who has several duplex's with Platinum Properties. Prior to hiring Platinum Property. I experienced inconsistent management practice and even severe profit loss. After interviewing Vince(Platinum Property Manager), I believed he understood my investment concerns and expectations of professionalism.
When I started with Platinum several of my properties needed work and rents were less than I had budgeted, but Vince and his team ask me to trust them. When I started my partnership with Platinum I was nervous about the agreed upon plan we had. I must be honest at times I was very frustrated, but Vince and Platinum Properties kept me informed and assured.
